Responsibilities:

• Triage and respond to tickets during core working hours.
• Troubleshoot operating system, hardware, networking, and application issues.
• Maintain documentation for engineering support.
• Define improvements to the Jira ticketing system.
• Develop and support AMP's observability stack.
