Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience with a bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to conduct detailed technical and quantitative analysis.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability in regard to project focus.
• Commitment to quality control practices.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Technical writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive and collaborative problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and conducting user acceptance testing for claim processing software.
• Working with the internal team to debug and fix support problems for claim processing software.
• Organizing and facilitating meetings and collaboration sessions.
• Coordinating program status meetings and resolving issues as needed.
• Managing project budgets and tasks with minimal oversight.
• Communicating program progress to management and clients.
• Tracking utility and energy efficiency trends that impact programs.
• Contributing to strategy and new program design development.
