Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of experience recruiting professionals at staff to manager levels.
- Successful track record in a search firm or recruiting agency.
- Proven ability to source passive and active candidates.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, MS Outlook, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Flexibility to work hours aligned with candidate sourcing requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders and hiring teams to understand hiring needs.
- Develop strategies to identify and contact qualified candidates through networking and other methods.
- Source candidates through outreach and manage applications.
- Interview applicants to gather information on work history and motivations.
- Deliver qualified candidates for consideration across teams.
- Negotiate offers and secure acceptances.
- Cultivate a pipeline of candidates for future needs.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience with timely updates and information about the company.
