Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of experience recruiting professionals at staff to manager levels.
• Successful track record in a search firm or recruiting agency.
• Proven ability to source passive and active candidates.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, MS Outlook, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Flexibility to work hours aligned with candidate sourcing requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with leaders and hiring teams to understand hiring needs.
• Develop strategies to identify and contact qualified candidates through networking and other methods.
• Source candidates through outreach and manage applications.
• Interview applicants to gather information on work history and motivations.
• Deliver qualified candidates for consideration across teams.
• Negotiate offers and secure acceptances.
• Cultivate a pipeline of candidates for future needs.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience with timely updates and information about the company.
