  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Creative mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with G Suite and project management tools.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, translating their needs into strategic work.
  • Develop and nurture long-lasting client relationships.
  • Drive client needs forward through collaboration with various teams.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely deliverables.
  • Lead in shaping digital strategies including content creation and community growth.
  • Oversee voice/tone development, copywriting, and community management on social platforms.
  • Support conceptualization of creative pitches for social content.
  • Develop weekly/monthly social recap reports with insights.
