Requirements:
  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Six months to one year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience in Business-to-Business Sales/Client Services role required.
  • Two years of experience in the technical or information technologies industry preferred.
  • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Prior experience in Client Relationship Management software, required; Salesforce.com experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a sales partnership setting, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Keeping up with Customer Experience Best Practices and ensuring compliance.
  • Management of Enterprise Agreements, tracking for overages, and managing true-ups.
  • Maintain certifications and work with Partner Operations for additional certifications.
  • Monitor Cisco notifications and share relevant product documentation.
  • Attend Cisco Partner Trainings and recruit attendees.
  • Meet regularly with Cisco to address operational issues and build rapport.
  • Act as opportunity advisor for field sales on Cisco pricing programs.
  • Liaison between marketing and sales for accurate lead assignment.
  • Provide pricing strategies based on historical data.
  • Identify customer needs for expansion or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Offer price quoting support and resolve issues.
  • Communicate global supply chain updates to teams.
  • Present knowledge on Enterprise Agreements to reduce barriers.
  • Create adoption plans for Enterprise Agreement customers.
  • Ensure customers recognize the vendor solution's value.
  • Team with clients during renewal periods for support.
  • Perform ongoing revenue risk assessments to retain ARR.
