Director of FP&A - US East Coast

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analytical roles.
• 3+ years of FP&A leadership experience with people management.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial statement modeling.
• Fluency with SaaS metrics and business models.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience in data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s business planning, including annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
• Build relationships with business partners to promote ROI and efficiency improvements.
• Support monthly financial results reviews for accuracy.
• Partner with Corporate Controller for financial management reporting packages.
• Identify performance variances and recommend actions.
• Prepare presentations for board and leadership meetings.
• Collaborate with the People department on compensation planning.
• Engage in strategic data analysis and benchmarking.
• Implement financial planning tools and processes.
• Work with Data and Analytics for scalable reporting.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Support IPO readiness.
• Handle special projects.
