Requirements:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent required; CPA and/or MBA highly desirable.

Proven track record as an experienced Chief Financial Officer in a public company/Fintech.

Smart and analytical individual capable of producing complex financial models, forecasts, and reports in user-friendly formats.

Hands-on approach with the ability to think outside the box and resolve unexpected problems.

Strong technical skills and working knowledge of accounting software and reporting tools.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing a team and effective interaction with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing and directing all finance and internal accounting activities, including financial reporting, billing, payroll, financial planning, modeling, forecasting, and expense management.

Manage all Accounting and Finance Department staff and foster financial accountability across the organization.

Provide regular, accurate financial reporting to the Executive Management team.

Develop budgets to monitor and enhance financial performance across business units.

Advise on financial implications of business activities with recommendations on growth strategies.

Ensure effective internal controls for efficiency and compliance.

Act as primary contact with outside auditors for audit processes.

Assist with financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including capital raising strategies.
