  • Manage inbound and outbound calls and other forms of communication while applying standard guidelines.
  • Interact with external partners and healthcare systems to ensure access to care.
  • Conduct outreach to referred clients and provide personalized onboarding services.
  • Assist with care coordination tasks such as appointment scheduling and facilitating communication with providers.
