Requirements:
  • Fluent in written and spoken Thai and English.
  • Minimum 10+ years’ experience in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of new build construction project cycle.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
  • Methodological approach and high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor activities of projects to support the development and implementation of procedures, processes, and systems.
  • Prepare short and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from key players.
  • Oversee schedules and risk management plans, tracking scope creep and providing deviations warnings.
  • Convey required project data and information to project teams.
  • Prepare and present regular internal and external project reports.
  • Evaluate risks and issues that compromise project results and develop mitigation plans.
  • Lead the development of baseline schedule and support Project Manager for Baseline Reviews.
  • Gather actual data, update project schedule, and develop reliable schedule forecasts.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to discuss project progress and address issues.
  • Organize phases of construction development with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Create, maintain, review, and administer construction schedules and plans.
