Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 6 months+ experience in a healthcare setting, specifically working directly with a clinical team and/or assisting patients.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and patient management systems.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player mindset.
  • A sense of ownership of assigned tasks, with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Flexibility around process and workflow changes.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient waitlists for the Clinician team.
  • Coordinate with patients via text and phone to reschedule, cancel, and fill appointments.
  • Reach out to waitlist patients to fill abandoned appointment slots.
  • Monitor and fill unutilized appointment slots in Clinicians’ schedules.
  • Collaborate with Clinicians and cross-functional departments to enhance scheduling and patient experience.
  • Review weekly metrics related to scheduling, cancellations, and utilization rates.
  • Participate in Ad Hoc improvement projects related to the Waitlist process and Provider Operations.
