Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience working in a fast paced high growth environment hiring for GTM, Marketing & Product.
  • Past success hiring in a fast paced environment, with at least 1 year of in-house experience.
  • Experience with direct recruitment is required.
  • Experience sourcing, recruiting, and building an enterprise sales team is a must.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of Blockchain/Crypto is required.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS is a huge plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Able to prioritize work, pivot as necessary and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to be creative to find top talent.
  • Experience recruiting on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with GTM team hiring managers across multiple departments to set a road map and hiring plan for active positions.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for a high volume workload and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse talent.
  • Create and update job descriptions as needed and maintain a clean ATS.
  • Work with the Recruiting Coordinator in maintaining strong communication regarding scheduling and moving candidates through the hiring process.
  • Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and agencies.
