Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced studies in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or similar.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR within the IT industry.
  • Relevant experience as an IT Recruiter is desirable.
  • Experience with search engines such as LinkedIn and GitHub.
  • Familiarity with ATS like Greenhouse or similar.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Methodological and organized profile with relationship-building skills.
  • Negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Desire for continuous learning and experience with the Office Package.

Responsibilities:
  • The candidate will be responsible for the full recruiting cycle, including job postings, searching databases, and recruitment from alternative sources.
  • Conduct CV reviews, screenings, and assemble resumes for client delivery.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process to ensure an excellent experience.
  • Work on sourcing new candidates and collaborate on initiatives for development, motivation, and work environment enhancement.
