Requirements:
  • 2-4+ years of experience in client success, account management, or similar roles in the coaching services industry or digital marketing.
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing including webinars, funnels, and ads.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct onboarding calls with new clients to ensure clarity on starting steps.
  • Guide clients through the Program using 1:1 and group calls.
  • Update CRM with client progress notes and manage their engagement status.
  • Conduct renewal conversations before contract ends.
  • Engage in community interactions to support clients through challenges.
  • Attend various team and client success meetings.
  • Submit weekly reviews to assess performance and address issues.
