- Proven experience in cybersecurity and information technology software sales.
- Significant experience managing sales within large multinational organizations.
- Track record of building pipeline and closing business deals in cybersecurity.
- Industry connections in Energy, Pharmaceutical, R&D/High Tech, Transportation, Communications, and Manufacturing preferred.
- Experience selling cybersecurity solutions to clients with 10,000+ employees.
- Understanding of technical security solutions and IoT network environments.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Gmail, MS Office, and web conferencing tools.
- Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to build relationships with Channel VARs and have a hunter mentality for sales.
- Strong opportunity qualification skills and ability to communicate technical concepts.
- Identify and drive targeted prospecting activities for accounts in key industry verticals.
- Build a diverse sales pipeline with direct customers.
- Manage pipeline activities; drive deals through presentations, demos, and POCs.
- Maintain customer relationships across 7 countries within the Benelux/Nordics region.
- Conduct pricing negotiations and develop quotes and proposals.
- Meet sales quota objectives and provide regular sales updates.
- Understand business needs of stakeholders and articulate how Axonius can address them.
- Develop relationships with Value-Added Resellers (VARs).
- Analyze target prospects and prioritize efforts based on industry segments.
- Gather competitive intelligence and share insights with management.
