Requirements:

• 2+ years in a client-facing role at a marketing agency or large corporate enterprise.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or related field.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively across integrated teams.
• Ability to present and pitch ideas effectively to team members and clients.
• Customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience analyzing data and formulating actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Previous experience using Sprinklr and YouTube’s CMS is a plus.
• Interest in media platforms with knowledge of best practices and trends.
• Comfortable working remotely and on a Dublin schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Own and implement the content distribution strategy across YouTube channels.
• Serve as first point of contact for product marketing, engineering, and PR stakeholders.
• Review content requests against established best practices and suggest revisions.
• Partner with teams to provide guidance on content amplification.
• Educate stakeholders on leveraging YouTube effectively.
• Create and schedule posts in Sprinklr for YouTube and social media.
• Perform quality checks on videos and posts before publication.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and prioritize content.
• Provide visibility into monthly editorial calendar plans via Sprinklr.
• Act as an audience expert and use data for recommendations.
• Document processes and help with onboarding team members.
• Work with stakeholders to retire outdated videos.
• Compile metrics and provide insights.
• Present ideas to refine processes and improve channel health.
