Supply Chain Executive

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years previous work experience, preferably in a supply chain or operational role at a FMCG company.
• Highly organized and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Data-driven with an analytical approach.
• Intermediate level of computer literacy, especially in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of NetSuite and reporting tools like Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage and keep the business master data up to date and correct.
• Support the team during the month-end reconciliation process ensuring stock values in Netsuite are accurate.
• Coordinate with external packaging suppliers for timely production and delivery of materials.
• Monitor stock levels of packaging materials and place orders as needed.
• Assist in stock reports and weekly sync ups with 3PL partners.
