Project Manager - Technical

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a scrum master with a coaching mentality in an agile environment.
• 4+ years of experience as a project manager with project scope development and risk mitigation.
• Solid experience using agile methodologies and conflict resolution.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills and ability to present to leadership.
• Practical experience with agile development tools like Trello, Rally, Atlassian Jira, or Microsoft Project.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Project management or scrum certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project scope and customer expectations.
• Manage project risks, actions, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
• Manage project budget and timeframe.
• Build content for project activities including project kickoff, status, and closeout.
• Lead project meetings involving customer and Red Hat's consulting team members.
• Coordinate with territory services managers and the Resource Management Office (RMO) to manage project staffing requirements.
• Support enterprise agile transformation and serve as a change catalyst.
• Support accounting activities as required and maintain professionalism while solving problems.
