Requirements:

Degree level educational qualifications in food or regulatory subject or equivalent experience.
In-depth regulatory and/or technical knowledge in area of responsibility.
Good understanding of legal requirements and consumer trends.
Experience using specification or artwork packages.
Fluent in spoken and written English, and in a language required for region.
Demonstrable experience in independent workload management.
Experience in risk-based decision making.
Ability to explain complex requirements simply.
Proficiency in IT and presentation skills.
Experience in team development through training and mentoring.

Responsibilities:

Day to day management of one or more client accounts.
Support and enable the delivery of services to clients.
Provide clear guidance to clients/Suppliers and manage client expectations.
Ensure delivery of clients’ work to agreed expectations.
Resolve/escalate issues with resourcing and workload as needed.
Be the first point for technical & regulatory issues raised by clients.
Line manage Advisors and Senior Advisors.
Deputize for Team Manager & Technical Controller as required.
Monitor performance concerns and identify training needs.
Provide accurate feedback for reports.
