Requirements:
  • Degree level educational qualifications in food or regulatory subject or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth regulatory and/or technical knowledge in area of responsibility.
  • Good understanding of legal requirements and consumer trends.
  • Experience using specification or artwork packages.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, and in a language required for region.
  • Demonstrable experience in independent workload management.
  • Experience in risk-based decision making.
  • Ability to explain complex requirements simply.
  • Proficiency in IT and presentation skills.
  • Experience in team development through training and mentoring.
Responsibilities:
  • Day to day management of one or more client accounts.
  • Support and enable the delivery of services to clients.
  • Provide clear guidance to clients/Suppliers and manage client expectations.
  • Ensure delivery of clients’ work to agreed expectations.
  • Resolve/escalate issues with resourcing and workload as needed.
  • Be the first point for technical & regulatory issues raised by clients.
  • Line manage Advisors and Senior Advisors.
  • Deputize for Team Manager & Technical Controller as required.
  • Monitor performance concerns and identify training needs.
  • Provide accurate feedback for reports.
