Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in accounting.
1-3 years real estate accounting experience preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Yardi preferred and strong Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly journal entries, financial statements, and bank reconciliations.
Monitor cash receipts and perform tenant ledger reconciliations.
Review invoice coding and ensure proper audit trail.
Prepare percentage rent billings and review leases for accurate billing.
Supervise cash management procedures and maintain budget information.
Assist with quarterly forecasts and year-end reconciliation processes.
Coordinate payroll reporting and assist in property audits.
