• Responsibility for the customer journey, focusing on onboarding and relationship building.
• Provide education and solutions to new clients.
• Share expertise on Remote’s products and services, especially Employer of Record and Global Payroll.
• Coordinate seamless onboarding for employees of new clients.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with various teams.
• Educate and train customers on key information to ensure their success.
