Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in project management within an advertising/marketing agency environment.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Experience with project management tools, preferably Asana.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support the team in various administrative activities by building project schedules and coordinating with teams.
• Oversee project management systems and monitor incoming project requests.
• Manage team communications through Asana, Slack, and email.
• Ensure project timelines are met, articulate trade-offs for competing priorities, and manage expectations.
• Facilitate project meetings and assign follow-up tasks.
