Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent practical experience, 10+ years of experience on infrastructure-focused teams, mastery of programming/coding practices, expertise working with web services at massive scale deployed on cloud providers, experience working with processes that scale well for a team of 300+ engineers, experience working at scale and transforming engineering infrastructure, experience reshaping infrastructure and influencing a company’s infrastructure and platform strategy, knowledge of unix shell and linux operating system
Responsibilities:
Lead organization-wide projects, architect and coordinate changes to essential production systems, identify and guide prioritization of opportunities for improvement to infrastructure, contribute ideas and feedback, increase visibility and knowledge of operational best practices, represent samsara in external-facing forumsApply
