Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in full cycle recruitment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business administration or a similar discipline.
  • Understanding of selection evaluation and enthusiasm for social media and digital recruitment technologies.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under time constraints.
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Good experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing candidates.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, result-oriented, and a team player.
  • Excellent communication skills in a remote environment.
  • Superb attention to detail and ability to synthesize large amounts of information.
  • Quick to understand and use new tech platforms.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential candidates.
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system to review candidate data, including credentials and contact information.
  • Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media.
  • Take ownership of the entire hiring process from start to finish to adhere to corporate objectives and strategies in the responsible function.
  • Coordinate with the relevant hiring manager to better understand the role.
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using feedback from hiring manager.
  • Build out a candidate pipeline for current & future hiring needs.
  • Set up candidate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates.
  • Foster and maintain professional relationships with existing employees.
