Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in talent management, L&D, HRBP, or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to align large-scale global learning initiatives with business objectives.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in the technology industry.
  • Strong skills in establishing meaningful metrics for improvement.
  • Ability to work across time zones as part of a global team.
  • Familiarity with HR tools/systems like Degreed and Workday.
Responsibilities:
  • Report to the Executive Director of Talent Enablement to contribute to a high-performance culture.
  • Own development and deployment of the performance management process, emphasizing feedback and coaching.
  • Partner with HRBP and leadership to align on decision-making.
  • Develop talent management processes to build leadership capacity and monitor succession planning.
  • Design relevant learning solutions to foster behavior change and push leaders beyond their comfort zones.
  • Utilize internal talent insights to enhance organizational capability.
  • Measure effectiveness of programs using a data-driven approach and refine strategies based on results.
