Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in talent management, L&D, HRBP, or similar roles.
Proven ability to align large-scale global learning initiatives with business objectives.
Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in the technology industry.
Strong skills in establishing meaningful metrics for improvement.
Ability to work across time zones as part of a global team.
Familiarity with HR tools/systems like Degreed and Workday.

Responsibilities:

Report to the Executive Director of Talent Enablement to contribute to a high-performance culture.
Own development and deployment of the performance management process, emphasizing feedback and coaching.
Partner with HRBP and leadership to align on decision-making.
Develop talent management processes to build leadership capacity and monitor succession planning.
Design relevant learning solutions to foster behavior change and push leaders beyond their comfort zones.
Utilize internal talent insights to enhance organizational capability.
Measure effectiveness of programs using a data-driven approach and refine strategies based on results.
