• 8+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails and full-stack development.
• 2+ years of experience with NodeJS.
• Proficiency with Ruby on Rails, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, GraphQL.
• Experience deploying applications on Heroku, Google Cloud, or AWS.
• Familiarity with React and front-end JavaScript is valuable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to make well-considered decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable web features using Ruby on Rails and Postgres.
• Collaborate on system architecture decisions focusing on performance, security, and maintainability.
• Develop and maintain APIs using GraphQL and REST.
• Analyze complex situations to develop innovative solutions.
• Manage deployments and optimize back-end infrastructure using Heroku and Google Cloud.
• Improve CI/CD processes for system reliability.
• Work closely with front-end teams to deliver engaging user experiences.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
