Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing risks within public or rapidly maturing companies; financial services sector experience is a plus.
• Strong background in running enterprise risk management programs, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management standards for eMoney Institutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead on our enterprise risk management programme, ensuring robust risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Develop and present comprehensive risk reports to stakeholders, highlighting significant risks and mitigation plans.
• Enhance oversight and control framework for Pleo credit offering in collaboration with Credit Risk Specialist.
• Foster a strong risk culture within the organization through outreach, training programs, and sharing best practices.
