• Prior nonprofit finance/private foundation experience.
• 8+ years of demonstrated experience in accounting and finance.
• Experience in budgeting processes and variance analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Technology savvy with effective financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly/quarterly financial close and reporting.
• Oversee the annual audit and tax processes.
• Manage XRP cryptocurrency token custody and sales.
• Oversee payroll platforms focusing on accuracy and compliance.
• Design and lead the annual budgeting process.
• Serve as the finance partner to the CEO and executive team.
• Lead charitable distribution calculations and risk management.
