Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Proven experience managing and delivering complex technical projects.
• Experience in software product companies, specifically startups.
• Hands-on experience administering JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong design and implementation skills for project management processes.
• Excellent facilitation skills and experience leading Agile ceremonies.
• Data-driven mindset with skills in generating performance reports.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic and cross-functional projects.
• Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
• Manage dependencies across multiple technical projects for roadmap alignment.
• Serve as primary administrator for project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Design and enhance processes for collaboration across squads.
• Generate and analyze data-driven reports for stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams.
