Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams through all stages of development with at least 2 games shipped.
• Extensive knowledge of the game development process from concept through live operations.
• Ability to motivate and support others to achieve successful outcomes.
• Experience with RPG, ARPG, and Looter Shooter game systems.
• Experience with various project management tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to solve small and large scale problems.

Responsibilities:

• Own execution of the game development process to ensure it's on time, on budget, and of high quality that realizes the vision for the project.
• Work with reports and discipline team leads to maintain an updated organizational structure, processes, and project plan.
• Advocate for goals and team principles to maintain a healthy and supportive work environment.
• Identify potential hazards in the game development process and guide the team in addressing them.
• Define best practices and ensure communication across the team.
• Strengthen communication across a distributed team.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA to focus on delivering polished gameplay.
• Effectively communicate project details to other parts of the organization.
• Facilitate progress reviews and presentations with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Oversee milestone planning and execution.
• Develop and implement growth plans for production team members.
