Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job descriptions and candidate tracking.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend job requirements and team dynamics.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments for qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks.
  • Lead offer negotiations by preparing and presenting compensation packages.
  • Stay informed on recruitment trends and tools for continuous improvement.
  • Enhance employer brand and ensure outstanding candidate experience.
