• 3-5 years of in-house recruitment experience, ideally in a high-volume setting.
• Experience in Sales recruitment; Market Research industry experience is a plus.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and HR tools.
• Proven track record in sourcing candidates with advanced techniques.
• Fluency in English.
• Quick adaptability to changing priorities and recruitment strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills for positive working relationships.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with hiring managers.
• Proactive learning attitude regarding industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to developing strategies to attract candidates for Sales and Customer Success roles.
• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job descriptions and candidate tracking.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend job requirements and team dynamics.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments for qualifications and cultural fit.
• Source candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks.
• Lead offer negotiations by preparing and presenting compensation packages.
• Stay informed on recruitment trends and tools for continuous improvement.
• Enhance employer brand and ensure outstanding candidate experience.
