Requirements:

• Regulatory expert with a minimum of 10 years experience in technical/regulatory affairs.
• Fluent in English and at least one other language (German, French, Spanish, Dutch).
• Strong customer and internal stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in team management and developing staff.
• Degree level education with qualifications in food or regulatory subjects.
• Excellent understanding of legal requirements and regulatory changes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction, leadership, and management of the International Team.
• Nurture client relationships and optimize opportunities.
• Deliver technical, regulatory, and artwork services within client portfolios.
• Ensure compliance activities meet business growth and profitability targets.
• Manage direct and indirect teams, overseeing regulatory and commercial functions.
• Implement best practices in compliance and service delivery.
