Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years in product management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing multiple products or a portfolio.
  • Proven experience managing and launching successful B2C products.
  • Proficient in data analysis, with experience working with SQL and running A/B experiments.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong capability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated commitment to understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and tools related to APIs, CI/CD and scalability.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies in line with company vision and market trends.
  • Oversee the entire product portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including roadmap planning and execution.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Communicate product vision and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including executives and partners.
  • Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success.
