- 5+ years of experience supporting implementation initiatives in universities, large global organisations, or ministries.
- Experience working in multicultural teams with deep knowledge and experience in the Middle East and Africa Regions strongly preferred.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Organised, methodical, and detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, from start to finish.

- Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for language learning.

- Must live close to a major airport.
- Provide exceptional customer support to universities and large global organisations as they implement Rosetta Stone.
- Collaborate with customers to develop a custom implementation plan that aligns with their objectives and ensures a successful implementation.
- Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development to administrators, executives, and language learners.
- Travel to lead professional learning sessions and provide implementation support – up to 50% possible travel within Europe and Morocco.
- Use data to drive decision-making and increase customer engagement and usage of Rosetta Stone.
- Partner with the sales team to effectively manage and grow customer relationships.
