Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate business or healthcare-related degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing/sales, preferably in healthcare pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in endocrinology and/or biologic specialty product marketing is preferred.
• Strong planning, project management, communication, and organization skills are necessary.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate understanding of Thyroid Eye Disease, competitive landscape, and therapeutic management.
• Manage relationships with thought leaders and strategic partners.
• Create peer-to-peer content for the speaker bureau.
• Drive speaker training and execute marketing strategies at congresses and symposia.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop brand campaigns and materials.
• Manage external partners to ensure consistency across marketing strategies.
• Track marketing program effectiveness and optimize as needed.
