Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years in aerospace and defense with significant experience in sustainment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, or related field).
• Extensive experience in enterprise-level technical leadership.
• Experience managing government and defense contracts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Secret Clearance.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Professional engineering credentials or certifications.
• Flight test and airworthiness experience.
• Proven experience with additive manufacturing and digital systems.
• Experience in technology roadmapping linking advancements to strategic goals.
• Demonstrated success in forming strategic partnerships.
• Proficiency in data analytics for optimizing processes.
• Strong executive communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level technical guidance on MRO projects focusing on military applications.
• Lead innovation initiatives integrating advanced technologies into MRO solutions.
• Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligning manufacturing capabilities with aviation MRO strategic goals.
• Drive alignment between technical strategies and business objectives through enterprise-level initiatives.
• Apply expertise in additive and digital manufacturing to enhance MRO practices.
• Navigate and influence defense acquisition processes for compliance.
• Build strategic partnerships with industry leaders and government entities.
• Utilize data analytics for MRO process optimization and decision-making.
