Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in sales or customer service roles, capable of working under pressure.
  • University degree or College diploma in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical, relational, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French or German.

Responsibilities:
  • Qualify all sales leads generated by marketing based on defined lead qualification criteria.

  • Utilize marketing and sales tools like SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and Pardot to maximize efficiency.
  • Manage new contacts via Salesforce CRM for accurate long-term pipeline development.
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to prospects and build strong relationships.
  • Collaborate as part of a cross-functional team.
