Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of people management experience, preferably in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in relevant job or industry.
• Deep familiarity with the cultural and political climates in the United Kingdom.
• Preferred: Experience working remotely and in multicultural teams.
• Experience with content moderation, curation, and copywriting is a plus.
• Knowledge of content review guidelines and digital streaming products.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of content enrichment specialists.
• Apply project management skills to monitor workflows, processes, and timelines for projects.
• Communicate deliverables and timelines clearly to the team.
• Participate in client contract renewal and project scoping discussions.
• Manage team schedules and ensure time tracking.
• Train team on content enrichment guidelines and software.
• Review client-facing deliverables and support process improvements.
• Conduct weekly team and individual meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Facilitate employee growth through performance reviews and onboarding.
