Requirements:
  • Must be an expert in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, capable of creating templates and large presentations.
  • Familiar with creating large brochures in Adobe InDesign and ad-hoc artwork for print.
  • Strong design, layout, and typography skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with proven ability to manage multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all artwork uses high quality imagery and is suitable for external audiences.
  • Provide eye-catching designs across various media and stay updated with design software.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines while being innovative and creative.
  • Keep abreast of design developments, collaborate with the team on ideas.
  • Assist other business units like marketing on an ad hoc basis.
  • Manage the bid team design workload, assign briefs, and review design work.
