Requirements:

• Must have empathy and awareness of the challenges faced by single successful women in dating.
• Ability to discuss sensitive topics openly and handle difficult questions.
• Self-motivated, high integrity, and a commitment to the role with a willingness to learn.
• Articulate and computer literate, capable of managing administrative tasks independently.
• Experience in selling coaching or education programs is preferred, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• The Enrollment Coach is responsible for vetting and onboarding new clients through scheduled calls.
• In 60 minutes, help clients understand their situation and consequences of inaction, enrolling them if they're a fit.
• Maintain the company's high success rate by ensuring a good fit, turning down inappropriate applicants.
