• Past experience in remote work environments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coach a team of Enrollment Specialists to achieve performance targets.
• Run daily team meetings and weekly individual 1:1s for effective training.
• Provide additional coaching and training for team improvement.
• Handle day-to-day HR tasks and ensure team coverage.
• Plan and communicate patient outreach priorities.
• Identify opportunities for improved enrollment processes.
• Provide oversight and data clean-up as needed.
• Engage in direct outreach and enrollment for priority populations.
