Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of professional experience preferred.
• 2-5+ years of experience in Retail Sales, Sales Support, or Commercialization within the CPG industry required.
• Exceptional presentation skills and strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the flawless execution of all Go-To-Market materials.
• Act as the key intermediary between commercialization teams and the sales team.
• Manage communication with all key project stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate sales volume forecasting.
• Coordinate asset management and organization.
• Lead logistical planning for sales meetings and industry events.
