Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years’ experience in healthcare leadership within Client, Claim, or Member Services.
  • 3+ years of account level management experience with process improvement techniques.
  • 3+ years of direct management experience in customer/client service.
  • Extensive understanding of healthcare products and services.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Client Service Executives, Client Service Partners, and Platinum Service Liaisons.
  • Lead daily team meetings, manage workload, and ensure deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on escalated client issues.
  • Monitor client account health metrics to drive satisfaction.
  • Partner with the Service Relationship Director to influence client outcomes.
