Requirements:
  • College diploma in Business Administration or currently pursuing a related post-secondary education.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a B2B customer service role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in selling alcohol beverages to the hospitality industry is an asset.
  • Strong data entry experience; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Initiate customer sales requests and maintain order/customer information.
  • Prepare, generate, and distribute sales orders and supporting documents accurately and timely.
  • Contact selected prospects for potential partnerships and share information with the territory manager.
  • Process sales orders for existing customers and ensure retention and stock levels.
  • Manage customer accounts for payment promotions and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Resolve order-related inquiries with other departments.
  • Contribute to customer service policies and standards.
