Requirements:

• BA/BS degree.
• 5+ years of educational professional development experience.
• 2+ years of school or district leadership experience.
• Experience teaching elementary math.
• Experience leading a core curriculum adoption strongly preferred.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills - dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude.
• Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, from start to finish.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for improving education through technology.

Responsibilities:

• Provide implementation support to districts throughout the core curriculum pilot and adoption process.
• Deliver engaging and impactful live and virtual professional development to teachers and administrators – up to 50% possible travel.
• Help develop professional development and implementation resources for Takeoff by IXL Math.
• Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement a professional development plan that supports a successful implementation.
• Use data to drive decision-making and increase customer engagement and usage of IXL.
