Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a consulting or presales role with a successful track record in the pre-sales process, preferably in solution selling.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Braze or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Functional knowledge of CDP and other Braze partner solutions.
• Strong presentation, sales skills, and relationship-building acumen.
• Experience in advising on pricing strategies and crafting SOWs.
• A growth mindset and desire to become an expert in the Braze tech stack.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on the technical and functional aspects of proposed solutions to ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Understand the business and technology objectives of prospects and customers.
• Support Solution Leads and Account Directors in driving sales by illustrating the value of services provided.
• Offer innovative technical perspectives and solutions during the sales process.
• Act as a collaborative sounding board for internal teams and clients.
• Assist in pricing strategy development and craft Statements of Work (SOW).
• Facilitate communication during internal kick-off meetings and act as an expert advisor.
