Responsibilities:
  • Become a Pitch and pitching expert, providing strategic consultation to top customers mainly in Europe and North America.
  • Represent Pitch and help customers maximize value from the platform.
  • Identify expansion opportunities, manage the deal pipeline, and create pricing proposals.
  • Onboard important teams, conduct training, and oversee renewals.
  • Engage with customers through various channels and collaborate with product and leadership teams.
  • Implement processes to manage customer relationships and create necessary training materials.
  • Advocate for customers, providing internal feedback to influence product development.
  • Encourage successful customers to participate in marketing and feedback initiatives.
