Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in People Operations at an international level including some experience or payroll knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, external partners and vendors.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Independent worker, proactive, collaborative team player.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and Catalan is highly appreciated, but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities:
  • Supporting and guiding all BMATers in their daily queries and requests.
  • Support the salary review process implementation.
  • Support the payroll process together with the payroll specialist.
  • Ensure local legislation compliance in the countries where BMAT operates or has collaborators.
  • Manage global and local benefits and keep compensation policies and practices up to date.
  • Keep HRIS and other relevant files up to date.
  • Prepare and analyse information from HRIS to implement and drive changes.
  • Collect all the information needed for payroll updates and contract changes dealing with the external provider for accurate information.
  • Support any People projects and initiatives along with your team colleagues.
  • Manage the off-boarding processes and the administrative tasks related (exit interviews, accesses, documentation…)
