Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English or other language or communication-oriented focus.
• Previous editing experience.
• 1 year of applicable work experience.
• Experience with the latest versions of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite products.
• Fluent in English with an exceptional understanding of grammar.
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties.

Responsibilities:

• Copy edit, proofread, and format environmental resource reports, proposals, and other internal documents.
• Help to create marketing materials such as one-sheets and Statements of Qualifications.
• Manage regular resume and experience matrix updates.
• Assist with proposal coordination and other marketing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings.
• Support and act in accordance with the company's culture of safety and employee ownership.
