Requirements:

• 3+ years of clinical experience managing a large client account in PBM, health plan, or related healthcare field.
• 2+ years of specialty pharmacy experience.
• Valid pharmacy license required.
• Proven performance in PBM/specialty or healthcare sales/service.
• Must be able to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the specialty account owner overseeing the specialty pharmacy business.
• Lead the strategic account team and provide overall direction and strategy.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and key client partners.
• Influence client up-sell opportunities, growth, and retention.
• Manage contracts and position CVS Health solutions to increase revenue.
• Formulate RFP responses in collaboration with internal partners.
• Utilize clinical and analytical skills to impact member health and reduce costs.
• Provide clinical consulting services, analyze drug utilization trends, and make formulary recommendations.
• Deliver quarterly and annual reporting on clinical aspects of specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Educate clients on CVS Health's clinical programs for implementation.
