Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in government relations, public affairs or related field.
• Experience in the Aerospace and Defense sectors.
• Proven experience in direct lobbying, coalition building, and strategic communication.
• Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Security Clearance: Secret.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret key legislative, regulatory, and political developments.
• Develop and communicate Divergent’s policy positions and advocacy materials.
• Partner with various teams to integrate government affairs strategies.
• Direct advocacy efforts with external consultants and media.
• Provide insights on political and regulatory trends.
• Lead engagement efforts with government officials.
• Initiate and oversee Political Action Committee (PAC) activities.
